Refund and Cancellations

At PSY FYI, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. However, due to the nature of our operations and our commitment to prompt service, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed on psyfyi.com, it cannot be cancelled. We immediately start the process of fulfillment to ensure quick delivery, which means the order is quickly locked in and forwarded to our logistics partners. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission to avoid any inconvenience.

Refund Policy:

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections, we understand that issues may arise with the condition of your item upon delivery. PSY FYI provides refunds under the following condition:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged due to logistics and handling, we are here to help. To be eligible for a refund in such cases, customers are required to submit a request along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos showing the damage) within 2 days of receiving the item. Please send your detailed request to info@psyfyi.com, including your order number, contact information, and any relevant details about the damage.

Upon receipt of your request and evidence, our team will review the information provided and, if approved, will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please note, refunds are only provided for items damaged during logistics and handling, as verified by our team. PSY FYI reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria or are submitted without sufficient evidence.

Exceptions:

No refunds or exchanges will be provided for:

  • Items damaged after delivery.

  • Issues related to personal preference or fit.

  • Orders seized or rejected by customs due to customer's failure to comply with local regulations.
