Shipping Policy

OVERVIEW
ORDER PROCESSING:
We ask for your patience and understanding as we require up to 24 hours to process orders, subject to product availability and payment verification. We regret to inform you that once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be modified or cancelled. We urge you to review your order details thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. PSY FYI operates from Monday through Friday, excluding major Indian holidays, with all shipments dispatched from our headquarters.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not find this email shortly after your purchase, we recommend checking your spam or junk email folders.
Occasionally, due to high demand, items may sell out after an order is placed. Should this happen, we will promptly issue a refund to the original payment method or send a check to the order's listed address. Refunds back to credit cards or other payment methods may take between 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Our security team reserves the right to review all orders and cancel them at their discretion.
Following the processing of your order by our team, a shipping confirmation email, complete with tracking information, will be sent to you.
Please be aware that shipping delays may occur during special launches, major holidays, and sale periods.
PRE-ORDER POLICY:
For items available for pre-order, we will ship them as soon as they arrive at our facility. Pre-order purchases are charged at the time of checkout to the provided payment method. Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. For any pre-order inquiries, please contact us at info@psyfyi.com.
SHIPPING METHODS:

Within India, PSY FYI is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days. However, please note that delays may occur due to our reliance on third-party shipping partners. 

Our Delivery TimeLine is 5-7 Business Days From the date of the order for delivery.


Unfortunately, at this time, PSY FYI does not offer international shipping.

HOLIDAY OBSERVANCE:
PSY FYI observes the following holidays, during which shipping will not occur:

LOST PACKAGES:
PSY FYI cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once a delivery confirmation is provided by the courier. All risks associated with shipping are assumed by the courier service.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Please note that during sale or promotional events, all purchases are final. PSY FYI reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue any sale at any time without prior notice. We are unable to make price adjustments to items already purchased, even if a sale price is subsequently offered.
