ORDER PROCESSING
We ask for your patience and understanding as we require up to 24 hours to process orders, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it is final and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
PSY FYI operates Monday through Friday, excluding major Indian holidays, with all shipments dispatched from our headquarters.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not see it in your inbox within a short time, please check your spam or junk folder.
In rare cases, due to high demand, an item may sell out after your order is placed. If this occurs, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or send a check to the billing address on file. Refunds to cards or online payment methods may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Our security team reserves the right to review all orders and cancel them at their discretion.
Once your order has been processed by our team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that shipping delays may occur during special launches, major holidays, and sale periods.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
For items marked as pre-order, shipping will begin as soon as the products arrive at our facility. Pre-order payments are charged immediately at checkout to the provided payment method. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or edited once placed.

SHIPPING METHODS
Within India, PSY FYI offers complimentary standard shipping, which typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery.
Please note the following important updates to our shipping timeline:

We take 3–5 business days to ship the order.

Tracking details will be shared within 7 days from the date of order.

Jerseys may take up to 1–3 weeks to be delivered due to production and demand.
We now offer free worldwide shipping on orders above $150.
For international orders below this value, shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

LOST PACKAGES
PSY FYI is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once courier tracking shows delivery confirmation. All risks associated with delivery lie with the courier.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
During sale or promotional events, all purchases are final. PSY FYI reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue any sale without prior notice. We cannot make price adjustments for previous purchases if a discount is offered later.
